My heart's desire is to reverently and skillfully offer a sacred space for you, dedicated mama, to fill your inner well and become resourced. A space that invites you to slow down, nourish yourself, become grounded. Being resourced in this way will support you to practice being more present. To respond instead of react. To soften and go gently, rather than rigidity and harshness. Time carved out to solely care for yourself creates spaciousness. And the more we offer ourselves such sweet spaciousness, the more we are able to extend to our loved ones.
The retreats and classes I offer invite a cathartic experience of restorative yoga and self-discovery. Each offering is lovingly and thoughtfully curated. You’re warmly welcomed to join me for a holistic healing practice to calm your body, clear your mind, and open your heart.
I support mothers of all ages as they reconnect with themselves, reclaim rest, and practice compassionate self-discovery – all in a way that fosters life balance.
I am able to be the connected, present, and fulfilled mother my family deserves when I mindfully carve out sacred time to nourish myself.
When I gave myself guilt-free permission to invest the time, energy, and money in my own well-being, I began to more deeply embody a balanced approach to motherhood.
When you feel ready to honor the call to devote soulful and rejuvenating time for yourself, have a look at my current offerings:
You deserve to feel connected to yourself, deeply rested, and to enjoy self-discovery while evolving through motherhood. Your family craves a mother who models balanced living. I believe this is how we inspire a more compassionate world.
I am a yoga alliance registered yoga teacher, and completed a 200 hour teacher training in 2011, along with a 300 hour advanced certification in therapeutic yoga in 2013. Being a yoga teacher beautifully compliments my profession as a mental health counselor. I remain humbled and honored to hold space for mothers as they navigate crossing the threshold from maiden to mother.
My beloved husband of 15 years and I adore our vivacious 9 year son old - the bravest and brightest light I know. I feel unfathomable gratitude to be homeschool mother, military spouse, and maintaining a balanced way to share my offerings with my community.
Hafiz, a mystical poet, said “One regret dear world, that I am determined not to have on my deathbed, is that I did not kiss you enough.” I want to spend my life kissing my dear ones and filling this world with compassion from a place of wholeness. We can do this!

The word “educate” comes from the Greek midwifery term “educari” which translates as “to be present for the birth of”. As a teacher of yoga, I hold a sacred space in which you can safely undergo the fiery process of transformation. Facilitating the blossoming of your potential is an honor and a huge responsibility. I humbly serve as an usher helping to light your path, ultimately supporting your recognition of your wisest and most authentic self.
